High Automatic Turning Machine precision spindle. Using the built-in electric spindle structure, machine tool spindle by Japanese NSK super precision angular contact ball bearings, to ensure the spindle of high rigidity and lasting accuracy, the spindle runout is less than or equal to 2 mu m.
High Cnc Auto Lathe rigid bed. The structure design of stable, high quality Meehanite cast iron bed, strong rigidity.
High precision feed. The feed axis servo drive, the Japanese NSK precision screw bearing, using silver (Taiwan) high precision ball screw guide, ensure the machining precision and long time to maintain the accuracy and feed each axis repeat positioning accuracy is less than or equal to 3 mum.
The guide sleeve structure. The cutting method of the fixed guide sleeve can be selected, and the cutting mode of the cutting and the full stroke rotary guide sleeve can be selected to satisfy the diversified processing requirements.
The knife row structure. The cutter layout structure, smooth chip removal, compact structure, equipped with side power tool and spindle indexing function, can meet the needs of complex vehicle, milling, drilling complex processing.
